Stir broth, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning into vegetables in the skillet; bring to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes, or until pasta is al dente. Heat the olive oil in an Instant Pot using sauté mode set to high (or medium-high heat in a stove top pressure cooker) until the oil is shimmering. Measure out 3 cups of cooked beans, setting the remaining beans (approximately 3 cups) aside. In a pot sauté vegetables with pancetta and 3 tablespoons olive oil for three minutes. Put in a large pan with one each of the carrots and celery sticks, both snapped in half, and half the onion. Drain off most of the fat.
